Make sure that you attend local events, too, so that you can open up lines of communication and network with any potential customers. This can lead to opportunities to meet even more people who can help offer advice or contacts with people who can help your business grow.

#2. Offer to Visit Local Schools or Classes

You can put a link to the referral letters on your website and then people can read all about what you do and how well you do it. Also, encourage your customers to spread the word of your great work to their neighbors. There’s no better way to gain the trust of the community you’re located in then to have the word spread from their trusted friends and neighbors.

#4. Offer Deals and Specials

You can’t grow a business if no one has tried your product. What’s a great way to get people to try it? By offering them a deal! Everyone likes a bargain, so if you offer a deal, people will take you up on it. There are several different ways to do this. One is to offer a discount for first-time users. Another is to print out coupons or offer on-line coupons for certain items. In fact, don’t be afraid to offer a free deal for first-time users. When it comes right down to it, there is nothing that can market your business better than building relationships.
