This should include someone that you trust completely to tell you the truth when you bounce ideas off of them, someone to confide in, and someone who can share expertise and wisdom. Your team should have a commitment to your ideas and your goals, and confidence in the product you’re creating. It’s just as important to invest in people you can trust as it is to get monetary investments, so make sure that you pick the right team to bring your business to its fullest potential.

Finally, it’s very important to keep your eyes on the goal while also keeping track of the details. Don’t let one dominate the other. You may be more of a detail person, or you may be more of a rah-rah, let’s get this done person. Either way, it’s important to not let one side dominate the other.
